Navigating Your maripalem4d Account Settings
When you log into maripalem4d, your Account Settings link sits in the main navigation menu. Once you open it, you enter a tabbed dashboard where each section handles a distinct aspect of your account. The layout adapts to your screen—on mobile, tabs stack vertically; on desktop, they sit side-by-side. The core functionality remains the same across all devices.
We organize Account Settings into logical clusters: Profile & Identity, Payment Methods, Security, Transaction History, and Preferences. Each cluster contains the controls and information relevant to that area, so you can find what you need quickly without scrolling through unrelated options.
Profile and identity verification
The Profile tab displays your registered name, email, and phone number. These details are locked after your initial verification; if you need to change them, you contact our support team to request an update. We lock these fields to prevent account takeovers and ensure your maripalem4d identity matches your payment method identities across DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet.
Your verification status appears here as well. Once you've passed our identity checks, you'll see a "Verified" badge. If you're in the process of verification, the status shows "Pending" along with what documents or steps remain. We keep the verification flow transparent so you understand exactly where you stand.
Payment methods and deposit setup
The Payment Methods tab is where you add, edit, or remove your deposit and withdrawal corridors. We support nine major channels: mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking for e-wallet users; local payment for scan-and-pay; and online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment for bank-account transfers.
When you add a payment method, we ask you to confirm the details—your e-wallet phone number, your bank account number, or your online payment merchant identifier. We verify this information against your bank or e-wallet provider to prevent mismatches. Once verified, that payment method becomes available for both deposits and withdrawals.
You can link multiple payment methods to your maripalem4d account. For example, you might deposit via e-wallet on some days and use mobile banking virtual-account transfers on others. We remember all your linked methods, so switching between them at checkout takes seconds. Withdrawals always route back to the method you originally used to deposit—we do not allow cross-method withdrawals for security.
Quick payment method switching
At checkout, you'll see a dropdown list of all your linked payment methods. Select the one you want to use, and we generate a payment code or virtual-account reference specific to that method. Your deposit clears to your maripalem4d balance within moments of confirmation from your bank or e-wallet.
If you ever want to remove a payment method, we let you delete it from Account Settings. We'll ask for confirmation to prevent accidental removal. Once deleted, you cannot use that method unless you re-add it and reverify.
Security controls and password management
The Security tab lets you change your maripalem4d password at any time. We require your current password before you can set a new one, ensuring that only you can make security changes to your account. We recommend updating your password regularly, especially after extended sessions.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on this tab as well. We support SMS-based 2FA, where we send a code to your registered phone number during login. Enabling 2FA adds an extra layer of protection; even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without the SMS code. We highly recommend activating 2FA if you manage significant balances on maripalem4d.
- Password strength: Our system enforces a minimum of 8 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.
- SMS 2FA: Available on the Security tab; you confirm your phone number, and we send verification codes during each login attempt if 2FA is active.
- Session timeout: We automatically log you out after subject to verification of inactivity for security. You can log back in immediately using your password.
- Login history: We display your recent login locations and times so you can spot any unauthorized access.
Transaction history and statement tracking
The Transaction History tab logs every deposit, withdrawal, and adjustment to your maripalem4d account balance. We display the date, time, amount, payment method used, and final status (completed, pending, or failed) for each transaction. This history serves as your record of all money movement through your account.
You can filter your transaction history by date range, payment method, or transaction type (deposits only, withdrawals only, or all). This filtering makes it easy to find a specific transaction if you need to verify a deposit or confirm a withdrawal completion. We keep a complete history for at least 24 months.
Preferences and notification settings
Your Preferences tab controls how maripalem4d communicates with you. You can opt in or out of promotional emails, SMS notifications about account activity, and push notifications on the mobile app. We default to sending important account alerts (login attempts, large withdrawals, password changes), but you control secondary notifications.
If you're in a region celebrating Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi, you can set a note in your preferences. During these holidays, we may send culturally relevant messages or temporarily adjust availability based on local observance. We respect these dates and tailor our communication accordingly.
Language and display preferences also sit here. We support multiple languages on maripalem4d, and your preferred language carries through to emails, push notifications, and the in-app interface. If you switch languages, we update all your account communications immediately.
Withdrawal process within Account Settings
When you're ready to withdraw funds from your maripalem4d balance, you navigate to the Payment Methods tab and select "Request Withdrawal." We display your current available balance and ask you to enter the amount you want to cash out. We then confirm which linked payment method will receive your funds—always the method you originally used to deposit.
Once you confirm, your withdrawal enters our processing queue. We display the status as "Pending" in your Transaction History. Our team verifies the request within our standard timeframe, and upon approval, we send the funds to your bank or e-wallet. You'll see the status update to "Completed" once your chosen payment provider confirms receipt on their end.
We do not charge withdrawal fees on maripalem4d; the amount you request is the amount we send. Your bank or e-wallet provider may add their own processing fees, but that's outside our control. We always display any applicable fees upfront before you confirm the withdrawal.
